Why Opposition is against Delhi's Central Vista Project Initiated By Modi Government.
More than 55 major Central Government Offices in Delhi are on rented places and are located nearby Rajpath, Connaught Place, PM Office and Rashtrapati Bhavan. many crore Rent is paid per annum to the owners of those rented Offices. Plus similar amount is purchased extra expenses for Maintenance, Transportation, Electricity, Water, Fire Safety, Security etc. Total Expenses paid by GOI.
The Landlords of these Offices are variety of the very best Congress Leaders. The rent for these rented Government offices is extremely and lots of fold high in Delhi and has been decided (OKed ) by a number of the highest Congress Leaders when Congress was in Power. Government of India is paying crores of rupees to those Landlords and their monopoly contractors once a year and for several decades.
Now when the New Building of Central Vista are getting to be ready, all the govt. Offices would be at one place, under one roof and thus the place would be owned by Government of India.

Thank God The Supreme Court Of India Properly studied the case and fined the people that want to place stay Central Vista Project. After Central Vista Project, Thousands of Crores of Indian Tax Payer's money would be saved once a year and hopefully it'd be used for better cause.
